We will be taking about different threads and fibers used in weaving.
Show n Tell and a fiber exchange will take place also.

St Matthews Church ~ 2418 Aurelius, Holt, Mi  ~ Louise Giddings ~ Woven Shibbori was inspired by Japanese Shibori, developed by Catherine Ellis and others to produce complicated patterns during the dyeing process of their handwoven cloth. Woven Shibori can be done on 4 or more shaft looms, by beginning to advanced weavers. Louise will explain and demonstrate the basic techniques, sharing samples and projects she’s done over the years.
